| System Scaffolds |
 A system that will give you savings in erection and dismantling, is adaptable to a variety of scaffolding conditions. A very important feature in this moment of ever-increasing labor costs.
With its distinctive node point connection it allows up to four horizontal members to be attached to the vertical member with one single action, without the use of nuts, bolts or wedges. The locking device is made up of two cups, a fixed lower cup permanently fixed to the vertical and a sliding upper cup. The horizontal member (ledgers) are fabricated with blade end sections that fit into the lower cup. Once the blade end sections are in the lower cup the upper cup is then moved down and rotated to secure the horizontal member in a single motion. The only tool needed is a hammer to securely tighten the upper cup.

Attach the blade end of the horizontals onto lower cup. |

Lower the upper cup over the blades in the lower cup and rotate. |

Tighten with the blow of a hammer. |

 Horizontals have forged blade ends with minimum projections to avoid damage. Horizontals range from 3’ to 10’ on length. |
